Prepare the Package
Carefully re-roll the carpet and wrap it in the original protective plastic packaging to ensure it remains clean and undamaged during transit.
Schedule a Collection
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized flooring couriers to pick up the item directly from your doorstep at a convenient time.
