Do you offer free carpet samples?
Yes, we provide up to three free samples so you can see and feel the quality and color of our carpets in your own home before making a purchase.
How do I calculate how much carpet I need to order?
We recommend measuring the maximum length and width of your room and adding 10cm to each dimension for cutting and fitting tolerances.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Standard delivery is free on orders over $500. Most orders are processed and delivered within 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return my carpet if I change my mind?
Unopened and uncut rolls can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that bespoke or custom-cut carpets are non-refundable unless faulty.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we specialize in the supply of high-quality carpets, we do not offer direct installation. We recommend hiring a certified local fitter to ensure the best results.
Are your carpets suitable for underfloor heating?
Many of our carpets are compatible with underfloor heating. Look for the 'Underfloor Heating' icon on the product page or check the Tog rating in the specifications.
